At Solid Foundation Psychiatry, we are committed to providing exceptional mental health care and ensuring a positive experience for all our patients. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

  1. Appointment Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation Notice: 

   Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

   If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if the patient does not attend the appointment, a late cancellation fee may be charged. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.

  1. Refund for Services:

Eligibility for Refunds: 

   Refunds for prepaid services are available under the following conditions:

   – The patient has prepared for a service and cancels the appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

   – The service was not provided due to an error on the part of Solid Foundation Psychiatry.

Non-Refundable Services:

   No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. This includes consultations, therapy sessions, and medication management.

  1. Payment Discrepancies:

If you believe there has been an error in your billing or payment, please contact our billing department within 7 business days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
